AEF’s week-long Summer Camps, with morning and/or afternoon options, will run from June 17 – July 12, 2024 for TK – 8 grade students. Registration opens March 7, 2024. All Camps and After Care will be held at Bay Farm School (200 Aughinbaugh Way, Alameda). Early bird pricing ends today March 28! Prices go up $10 tomorrow.

Alameda Bike Festival 2024, on April 27 at Love Elementary School, was very popular. The annual citywide event, sponsored by the City of Alameda, the Alameda Recreation and Parks Department, the PTA Council, Love PTA, Kiwanis, and ARPD, featured a variety of activities, from free bike repairs to cycling classes for kids and helmet decorating.
AEF had a table manned by Rachel Plato, our Enrichment Programs Director, with information on our Summer Camps and After School Enrichment program.
On April 25, 2024, AEF Executive Director, Vicki Sedlack, attended the Alameda Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards and was honored to receive the Community Leader of the Year Award!
